Penne ziti rigate with kale, sweet potato and pecans

Ingredients:
- 320g penne ziti rigate
- 1 diced sweet potato
- 100g chopped kale
- 30g roasted pecans
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Roast the sweet potato with oil and pepper in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
