Pasta salad with chickpeas, cherry tomatoes and feta
A Mediterranean reinterpretation rich in protein and taste.

Ingredients:
  • 320g penne ziti rigate
  • 200g cooked chickpeas
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 80g of crumbled feta
  • 1 handful of black olives
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
  • Cook the pasta, drain it and cool it under cold water.
  • Mix the pasta with chickpeas, chopped cherry tomatoes, olives and feta.
  • Season with oil, lemon, oregano, salt and pepper.
