Mixed pasta with wild mushrooms, truffle and Parmesan cheese

Ingredients:
- 320g protein pasta mix
- 200g porcini and shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 30g fresh or creamed black truffle
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Sauté the mushrooms with butter and pepper.

Cook the pasta and toss with the mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.

Add truffle shavings before serving.
