Linguine with lobster and miso butter
A refined take on the classic lobster pasta, with an umami twist.

Ingredients:
- 320g of linguine
- 1 lobster or 200g lobster meat
- 50g butter
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 1 shallot, chopped
- ½ glass of white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Melt the butter with the shallot and miso.

Deglaze with white wine and add chopped lobster.

Cook the pasta and toss with the sauce.
