Linguine with chickpea cream, capers and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients:
  • 320g of linguine
  • 200g cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons of desalted capers
  • 50g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
  • Blend the chickpeas with a little cooking water to obtain a cream.
  • Fry the garlic with the capers and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Cook the pasta, toss with the chickpea cream and add the capers and sun-dried tomatoes.
