Fusilli with kale pesto and walnuts
A pesto with an intense flavour and rich in vitamins.

Ingredients:
  • 320g fusilli
  • 100g of kale
  • 30g walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 50ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
  • Blend the kale with walnuts, nutritional yeast, garlic, oil and lemon juice until a pesto is obtained.
  • Cook the pasta and season it with the pesto.
