Fusilli with black beans and coriander sauce
A dish inspired by Southern United States cuisine.

Ingredients:
  • 320g fusilli
  • 200g black beans
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt
  • Lime juice, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
  • Sauté the beans and pepper in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
  • Cook the pasta and mix with the ingredients.
  • Prepare a sauce by blending yoghurt, coriander and lime and pour it over the pasta.
