Pasta salad with chickpeas, cherry tomatoes and feta
A Mediterranean reinterpretation rich in protein and taste.

Ingredients:
- 320g penne ziti rigate
- 200g cooked chickpeas
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 80g of crumbled feta
- 1 handful of black olives
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Cook the pasta, drain it and cool it under cold water.

Mix the pasta with chickpeas, chopped cherry tomatoes, olives and feta.

Season with oil, lemon, oregano, salt and pepper.
