Short mafalda with parmesan fondue and black truffle
Mafalda Corta pasta served with a rich, creamy Parmesan fondue and finished with the delicate aroma of black truffle

Ingredients:
  • 320g short mafalda
  • 150ml fresh cream
  • 80g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 fresh or creamed black truffle
  • Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
  • Heat the cream and melt the Parmesan cheese to create a fondue.
  • Cook the pasta and toss with the fondue.
  • Add grated truffle and a grind of black pepper.
