Ditalini rigati in detox broth with ginger and turmeric

Ingredients:
- 320g ditalini rigati
- 500ml vegetable broth
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 carrot and 1 courgette, diced
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Preparation:

Bring the broth to a boil and add ginger, turmeric and vegetables.

Cook the pasta directly in the broth and serve with a drizzle of oil.
