Ingredients:
  • 320g ditalini rigati
  • 500ml vegetable broth
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 carrot and 1 courgette, diced
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Preparation:
  • Bring the broth to a boil and add ginger, turmeric and vegetables.
  • Cook the pasta directly in the broth and serve with a drizzle of oil.
