Linguine with chickpea cream, capers and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 320g of linguine
- 200g cooked chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons of desalted capers
- 50g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Blend the chickpeas with a little cooking water to obtain a cream.

Fry the garlic with the capers and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

Cook the pasta, toss with the chickpea cream and add the capers and sun-dried tomatoes.
