Fusilli with kale pesto and walnuts
A pesto with an intense flavour and rich in vitamins.

Ingredients:
- 320g fusilli
- 100g of kale
- 30g walnuts
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 50ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Blend the kale with walnuts, nutritional yeast, garlic, oil and lemon juice until a pesto is obtained.

Cook the pasta and season it with the pesto.
