Mixed pasta with wild mushrooms, truffle and Parmesan cheese

Ingredients:
  • 320g protein pasta mix
  • 200g porcini and shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 30g fresh or creamed black truffle
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
  • Sauté the mushrooms with butter and pepper.
  • Cook the pasta and toss with the mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add truffle shavings before serving.
