Linguine with lobster and miso butter
A refined take on the classic lobster pasta, with an umami twist.

Ingredients:
  • 320g of linguine
  • 1 lobster or 200g lobster meat
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
  • Melt the butter with the shallot and miso.
  • Deglaze with white wine and add chopped lobster.
  • Cook the pasta and toss with the sauce.
